Chipotle Burgers Part Deux

1 lb. 80/20 Ground Beef
1 lb 85/15 Ground Beef
1 lb 90/10 Ground Beef (I wasn’t paying attention at the grocery)
1 egg
3 Chipotle Peppers in adobo minced
1/2 onion diced
Fresh Cracked Black Pepper
Kosher Salt
2 tsp Granulated Garlic
Mix it all together. Form nice patties. Grill away! Enjoy!
