Noodles Noodles Noodles

I am in the mood for noodles.
Ramen will do.
Pan fried will do.
Spaghetti will do.
Pho definitely will do.

Haven’t cooked any Chinese noodle dishes. So I am looking to find a good Pan Fried Noodle recipe.
